Why we publish these

Every number comes from the same published price list, so the estimate here is the estimate you would hear on the phone. What a calculator cannot do is load-test a pack, and every summer we find carts quoted for batteries whose actual fault was a charger, a charge port, or a corroded cable cooked by the heat. That is what the on-site diagnostic is for, and the service call is applied toward the repair.
